Still in Aspen

to those organizing the X-games, its not about being interesting, its about making money.

What I wanna know, more than why its continually hosted at Aspen, is why there are like no east coast qualifiers (for anything - as far as I knew).

life is too short to have any regrets
 
there are plenty of x-qualifiers around for east coast riders to go to and try to get it. They dont sway the comp to have only west coast riders, because everyone knows you east coasters can destroy any piece of metal put in front of you. I think its a fair balance

Aspen is sick. It shouldn't move. It is so spectator friendly as well. Evyerhting being able to be seen from the bottom of Buttermilk, instead of spread around everywhere is pretty nice.

 
man, aspen is sick. its actually a cool town with a hellava lot of nightlife and 3 other mountains to ski if you want to. aspen moutain is insane if you know where to look. i think its a good choice. i went to it last year and it was so much fun, plus you could see everything from the bottom. good call for espn.

 
it doesnt really matter to me, its not returning to the east coast where i am, which I can see why so whatever

Ya definately. They are so good here in Aspen, the scene for spectators is so perfect and the places for all of the courses are perfect too. So why move it? It you found a perfect house would u wanna move to make it more interesting? No. it is interesting in Aspen
