Stiff Skis

Some that come to mind:

192cm Dynastar Big Dump

198cm Rossignol RC 112

192cm Moment Garbones

194cm Faction Thirteen

I got $5* that no one here will name any of the top 3 stiffest skis** for the 09.10 season in this thread. I will check when I get back in a few hours. If I know you personally you are excluded from this offer
*this is my discretion, I may paypal you $5 I may not. If I don't like you I probably won't,* I may just mail you $5 of monopoly money. **Customs are excluded, must be relatively known brand, aka I have heard of it.** Team only skis or similar don't count. ** Must actually be available to purchase by more than one person.** If a satanic ritual is a required part of production the ski does not count.
Good luck.

**raceroom skis are exempt (not that any I know of come close)
And NPG the production Big Dump is softer then most of the ones that were around last winter/spring.

obviously, the stiffest skis will be an sg or dh race ski, i don't think anyone gives a shit about those. for freeride, it's probably the head richie or joe. in a narrower waist, i wouldn't be surprised if it were another head ski.

Yeah, I only pay attention to skis over 100 in the waist. With that said, is the Head Supermojo as stupid stiff as the old 103? And I imagine the Blizzard Kreitler or Titan (or whatever it's called) would also be at the top of this list.

yes i am, i have a pair of chronics for strict park.. but im looking for something that will do better around the mountain and im like 6'5" 220 so i need a stiff ski.

i dont know what the stiffest are, but i can tell you some stiff skis:

völkl wall

atomic punx

head J.O

K2 extreme

faction skis tend to be quite stiff

oh and the völkl karma (an old freeski from völkl) which i still own a pair is ultra stiff, i can barely bend it an inch or two.

for more pow orientated skis

völkl kuro and katana

the bentchetler is rather stiff, but too wide under foot.

the prophet 90 + 100 are rather stiff.

on3p great scott but too wide under foot

just go to shop and theyll tell you which too choose

hm yea those are the ones that come to my head. ofcourse there are more.

but youll not need the stiffest anyways, i think theres not such a big difference between a pretty hard ski and an extremely hard ski. you wont butter on either.

Lib Tech makes good super stiff park/all mountain skis. They are really light and hold an edge amazingly because of the magne traction. There's only one down side to Lib Techs.....for some reason they make their tips super low and it just looks straight retarded.

Kingswoods would definately be a good choice for a stiff ski, their model the Skinny is 92 underfoot I believe.

also, from experience of demoing them, the Volkl Wall is soft as fuck in the tail and the Atomic Punx are a medium flex similar to AR6, but the Punx have the best edge hold of any twin i've skied

ya i demod some 2 years ago i did a 180 nothing big landed back seat in the pow pow and caught the back edge. great ski though. this year i think they raised the tips in the all of the NAS collection.

Not surprised but the stiffest skis for 2009/2010 are in order from stiffest to softest:1. K2 Luv bug2. K2 Indy (really same stiffness as Luv bug) 3. Small size of K2 Bad Seed
Those are stiffer than any other ski out there. They don't flex.

is stokli still making skis? if so, their 211 dh skis would be the stiffest(from what i have seen and used)

you've used that joke about my garbones so many times that it's come to be expected
that's why they call them garboners
