Stiff Park Skis

are they gonna be big enough for you? especially depending on where you mount them, they could be a bit short for "all mountain" for a 6'3" dude.

they do come in the 185 length which should be sufficient, and they have the bridge as well which is a simillar ski with a wider base. but have you tried out the wall's yet?

walls are sick, im def not as big haha (5'10" and 135) but the 185 should be good, the bridge is sick but its more all mountain than park oriented, so if your gonna ski switch/park alot id gowtih walls, if like mostly all mtn the bridges might be better

you arent gonna find any park skis in that length. that would be why you go stiffer for a bit guy, it makes up for the length. you'll be fine on the 185s.

i have not ridden them.

but honestly, demo fleets are getting larger and larger each year. they now include the once "special high-end skis" that are commonplace to kids on NS.

i see from your profile that youre in new york. maybe try calling local shops and see if they're having a big multi-company on-hill demo day. or if youre going on any trips try calling shops there and ask about their demo fleet.

I know you are leaning towards volkl walls but have you considered armada ar6s? they come in a 181 and are super solid skis that can take anything and are good for everything!

those arent stiff, they are a medium flex at most.

i stand by the addicts/addict pros, they are great if you are looking for a stiffer ski that kills the park. hit up skisquaw420 he is legit]

Addict Pro, hand flexes stiffer than any other park ski I've flexed, including walls. Its also relatively light. Not feather weight but lighter than other stiff skis.

i have felt addict pros, and they are a tad bit softer than my chronics. definately not the stiffest park ski. the stiffest park skis are made by volkl. i would get the bridge in a 185 if i were you. i almost got 185 walls and I am 5'10" 140 but they were too expensive for ym pocket.

yo dude know hate or anything, but you have no idea what the fuck you are saying...i rode walls last year, and was in a shopthis last week checking out out this years, they are soo soft...as for the thread, the addicts and dumonts should be i hear are pretty stiff this year

umm... sorry but thats not completely correct. addicts hold there rigidity much better than walls do. my friend has a pair of walls and i have a pair of addicts. i weight 210 he weighs 140-150, we skied together a few days in mammoth and his skis were much softer than mine even though he had ridden some 40 days while i had rode mine at least 70+

addicts are also much more durable, i have 2 edge cracks, riding hard and his were completely fucked

bridge is more of an all mountain ski isnt it? you cant go wrong either way, volkl and fischer both know how to make skis.
