Stiff Park Ski?

I tried to search for this, but all I got were some all mountain ski's or some old ones.

I'm 6'4, 166 pounds, so I need a ski that's close to around 180, and I was wondering which would be the best park ski that's stiff...

Thanks NS and karma++ for good feedback!

Crap my bad wasn't thinkin bout that!

I heard the Fischer Addict Pros or the 4FRNT TNKs were pretty stiff...

I have the dumonts, and they are way softer than my AR6's (a few years old now), but they still maintain a ton of pop.

i weigh 190 though so it would be stiffer for you. my AR6's were very stiff, so were my (way older) Public Enemies

Buttery skis are fine for doing butters. However, if you are hitting large features or skiing a lot of pipe, the extra stiffness is very helpful as it provides support, and the skis won't wash out on you when you don't land perfectly.

People have this odd notion that all park skis should be complete noodles, but if they tried something stiffer, I think they might notice that it makes it more enjoyable on large features.

i'm 6'4'' and 170 i'm in the same boat lol
I use PEs for all mountain, dont have a designated park ski yet
i'd say volkl walls, dumonts, or PEs if ur not gonna be in the park too much

they arent bad because they are made in china. thats just a typical steriotype about things being made in chine. i have invaders that are great and they the quality is good on them

no offense, but you're pretty small, and ski out east, so you're not going to put the same stress on the ski as someone who's 160+lbs and hitting 50+foot tables regularly.

volkl karma 185.- hella stiff. nice and long. amazing ski. only thing is, is that u will have to work to find a pair.

line chronic-181/...kinda short for u. but still a nice stiff(er) ski.

head mojos if u can find em. kind of a dead ski but stiff and likes the park.

Public enemies-a softer and toned down model of the karma.

salomon foil-comes in a 182 i beleive? this will be harder to find as well, but a solid ski with a nice flex patern and moderate one ski quiver ability.

at ur size, u might even be able to get away with a seth morrison pro model. they arent crazy stiff, but with their added girth they will make up plenty with the stability. u could most likley get away with a 189 anyways. (measures like 194 or somethin really close)

hope that helps.

He is not saying that all skis made in china are bad, but the volkl skis made in china are known for breaking easier. The ones that are made in the german factory are a lot more durable.

My thoughts exactly...

Absolutely sick ski.

outstanding price of 450 on Jibij for 0809 model with your NS username too.

Head Mojo BK....limited edition ski that is basically a Mojo 80, but a different topsheet. Super stiff.

most lines are stiff you just have to find the right one the invader is more of a jib ski and its not that stiff but the chronich is stiff you can stomp landings and rossis are stiff
