Sticky rails

K so im fine sliding everything, box, handrail, double barrel but i just cant get a flat bar. Im on it fine but about halfway down i always start "sticking" to the bar,its not like skidding its just like im getting stuck and i always get flung forward, help

if this only happens to you on one particular rail, its probably because of the rail. go check out the place where its sticking and see if theres any dents or shit on it and sometimes rubbing some snow on it helps too.
