Stickers on skis

Man never seen this thread before, i guess i'll have to think about it before posting my response

They can look sick and they can look whack, depends on the graphic and what stickers they are and how they’re put on. But at the end of the day if someone likes it that’s all that matters.

ski manufacturers say that you shouldn't as the glue has the potential to damage the integrity of the helmet and make them very dangerous ://// idk up to you but I wouldn't in case it's true bc that glue could potentially be some pretty gnarly stuff and I don't want my skis to break and I get a real bad injury :///

My friend did a pretty cool thing with a diecut oakley sticker and some marksmen.

He had the Oak on one ski and the Ley on the other, so when you lined the skis up it matched. Was pretty clean.

Who fucking cares? Do what you want and if anyone tries to dis you, they can fuck off. It's all aesthetics in the end.

Funny moment though, some chick asked me (in regards to my Afterbangs years back) if I put all those stickers on my skis myself..... Honey.... They're decals ... And no

i stickerbombed my left ski before my last day last season but i used shitty stickers and a lot of them came off when they got wet

i only put on stickers i really like. mostly just vinyl stckers. i always rep my home mountain.

if your skis start looking like a poorly designed nascar you have failed.

Stickers are 380 microns thick. This added thickness drastically increase the drag of the ski. Not to mention the added weight. 0/10 would not recommend

Yeah my cousin did this and broke every bone in his body on a rollercoaster. Stay safe out there guys.

Basically ruins yours skis. Pretty expensive to fix but I've got the whole set up. Easier just to sell your skis to me for cheap and buy a new pair. I'm pretty busy right now but hit me up and I'll try to help you out.

Depends on the ski, if you've got real common skis, its nice to slap a sticker on them so you know which are yours on the rack...

sometimes I peel my topsheets off cause theyre just big stickers that ski brands want to use for their own marketing. I make my own by caking on a cm of supreme stickers

I saw a guy with stickers covering every thing on his skis because he thought the graphics were ugly. They were aliens.

I have a couple small stickers on my skis

I put a confederate flag sticker on my ski and I got called a racist

I just bought a new black Smith Holt + a bunch of stickers I thought would be cool.

I spent an hour putting them on and placing them, and at the end I thought it looked tacky asf. So I took em off.

Now I just have one NS sticker on it.

I reckon one or two tidy stickers is the best but any more is lame. But at the end of the day it's all subjective...
