Here is my honest opinion.
- the name is garbage. like others have said, its something your would read about in ski magazine. its got not catch, sounds lame, and wouldnt fly well at all with the freeski market. You dont need to include SKI, or POWDER or anything in that name. It sounds cheesy. Another one, which you didnt do, but you might is switch around words that end with S and add a Z. Horrible.
-the logo is bad. logos aren't easy, but try not to include your name with a design. personally I think it looks bad. Find a design you like, simpler the better, (no graffiti shit) and use that. Find a way to spell out the name of your company that looks good and maybe use that as another logo. They both dont have to be combined. Actully they shouldn't.
-last but most importantly, you need to think about a product your gonna offer. If its just stickers, sweet, i've never heard of that acutally working, but good luck. For clothes your gonna need some research. Especially since, you do not have a graphic background, and it doesnt really come naturally to you, your gonna need a way to get artists to make cool designs for your shirts and your gonna need to develop and eye for picking out cool designs.

Thank you guys/gals so much for the input. I have a friend who's a graphic designer in the ski industry and he is going to help me come up with a better logo since i am a bit logo challenged at this point. Also we'll be designing T-Shirts and hoodies. I'll post them under a new thread when everything is done. Look to see things starting to post up in a week or so. Thanks again everyone.
