STH 16 question

So I know this should be in gear talk... but it feels like no one ever heads over there so Im putting this here.

Anyway... Im going to pick up my new sticks on saturday and they have STH 16's on em. It's a 9-16 DIN binding. Im only 128 pounds, is this to much for me? Do I need to swap out for less din like griffons or should I be okay with 9?

^^Thanks ha. I plan on riding em set at 11 when I get em so they aren't set all the way down, but I thought I would ask.

seriously switch them out!!! seth fucking morrison rides at a 13. Ask a bootfitter what you should be ridding at. DO not, DO NOT ride at an 11. what do you normally ride at?

ride them at whatever you want. Just dont fall. Foreal though i would say its a little to much binding for you.

I normally have my bidings set at 8 so that I dont come out of them. And Yeah I was afraid that I would blow my knee out or something! Damn... now I need to find someone who wants to upgrade to trade me... haha

you shouldnt have a hard time finding a trade. There is lots of kids on here who want 16s but in no way need them.

Yeah definitely swap those bad larrys out. Look for a pair of FKS 120s or Griffons or something.

Those are deffinetly the only 2 bindings I want. Not a huge fan of Salomons anyway... I even thought about look px12 jibs, but I used to have a pair and they're heavy as shit!
