You guys no about the hike that is eccesable from the top of seventh chair right. you no you get off and head directly up the this trail that takes you to the top of cowboy mt than you can either drop down the other side and go to the highway, or you can hike the ridge so your between tye mill and seventh and you drop down their. well I have done that hike but i just go to the top of cowboy and ride right down back to seventh. My question is, what is the terrain like if you hike the ridge and drop between seventh and tye??? it looks like theirs some gnarly chutes and some hella fun lines in their. I havent gotten myself to do it yet because im freaked i might get cought in a avalanche or some shitty situation like that.

and their is another hiking rought too. imagine you just got off of tye mill, and you are riding down the ridge and you can either go right down skid road (i believe) or left down jupiter (i believe) well imbatween the two their is a cat track that heads right up the hill their. Have any of you hiked that? whats it like?

thanks for the help.

the misuse of "there" bugged me, but as for going down cowboy ridge,

you just need to be good at scoping a line from below or from up top,

because there are some great lines. Right now its really sluffy so I

wouldn't really want to do it. There are a couple of chutes around the summit that drop back in that are swell, but they have like 60º entrances, so they need to be filled in otherwise you're hitting granite. I was showed many lines up there when I was younger, but its near impossible to explain via text, so your best best is to get good at scoping and being able to adapt to shit that wasn't as it seemed (dangerous) or go with people who know what's up.

There is a junior big mtn comp on cowboy ridge in feb i believe. you could do it or watch and get some good insight for lines.

As for tye, you can go up to piss point, and there is good shit going back down to tye. Once again it's hit or miss. Some of the lines chute up pretty nicely, as well as some iffy cliffed out spots that are interesting with little snow cover. Once again, nearly impossible to explain specific lines. Wouldn't recommend heading down towards tunnel creek from piss point/tye stick area; you get stuck in a gay basin.

but to answer your question. im not taking english this semester. But i dont no, i cant do grammar or spell worth shit sometimes but I allways end up with a solid A. we will see if thats holds true for this year though.
