Stevens Pass 2013-2014

Brought the wrong skis today, bringing the pow skis tomorrow. So cold, snow is perfect if you find some untracked.
 
I'd say that describes last Monday pretty damn well. The only time I've ever skied better snow was at Bachelor, but the terrain here is way better.

I have Tuesdays off next quarter. Hoping for more midweek dumps. Also might be looking for people to shred with on those days.
 
I'll probably be coming down a lot this season for obvious reasons. Also I'm getting a pass here next season so

Open Season was fun, nice seeing mostly everyone and all you snoqualmie folk. Pictures coming soon, I emailed marketing inquiring if they had any interest in them, so I'm waiting to hear back before I post them publicly.
 
Is anyone going to be at Stevens tomorrow or the next day? My friend left her coat and gloves up there and I'm trying to get them back for her. They are in an unlocked locker in the rental shop area, unfortunately I don't know which locker and don't know if they are still there. It's a white coat and some pipe gloves from the shop there. If you could at least look for a few minutes that would be awesome and at least bring them a bit closer to Issaquah so we can come grab them. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Skiing is only slightly less gehy than snowboarding anyway.

I'm gonna go drink beer, cut down trees, drink more beer, shoot lots of guns, and wrestle bears while you all worry about jump lines and the color of your prom dress.

It's not even winter yet and you all act like we are fucked for the whole season.

Everyone visiting right now had better still be around next week. I'm planning to go up starting Thursday or Friday.
 
Earliest I can see the backside opening is Saturday and that's IF conditions get really good. They like to wait for a good snow base before they open it up, so they're probably just waiting for a good dump. If the backside is your deciding factor just go to Baker.
