Here's my take:
We strive to make and maintain a park for everyone. The other day, I tallied up each feature in the park, and categorized them as either beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Beginner and advanced had the same number of features, and intermediate had two more than those categories. To me, this says that we've managed to achieve balance without consciously trying for it.
And when I say everyone, I mean everyone. That includes the people looking to train for X-Games, Dew Tour, Jib Academy, or just to hit some large jumps (my category). It's called Pro Line for a reason. And we'll do what we can to push up and steepen the drop in deck going into Waterfall, but the reality is that some of you won't be able to clear them all every day. Which isn't ideal, but it we owe it to the people who can clear them and need big jumps to do what they want to make them large.
If you're young or light, and want to clear jumps, make sure your boards are waxed, and point it.
