Stevens Pass 2010-2011

I suppose that the use of the semicolon here could be justified on purely theoretical grounds--indeed, each clause could stand alone as a sentence.

However, I think a comma would be more appropriate, because there's a travel and flow between the clauses (sort of a forward momentum that would be heard while spoken) that doesn't fit with the pause indicated by the semicolon.

I initially considered a comma, as you are right, it would present more forward momentum. The semicolon however provides the longer pause allowing the driving insult to be held in reserve long enough to lean more emphasis on his offensive homosexual nature. How is that for a run on sentince?

In cases like these, I personally prefer the em-dash, as it gives the stop of a semicolon, but still provides a visual connection between the clauses or phrases. Though that's just my opinion and preference, not the codified rules of punctuation.

Re-reading what I just what read, I thought I should make it clear that I am saying you will still be able to get some good tours in through June.

Well, the road's open. That's a step forward.

If you haven't yet seen it, you can check out the Showtime landing in the webcam. Just look to the left of Brooks, and you'll see the snow mound.

What would you guys say to a visit from ON3P next weekend. If nothing else, I might ride up and down the brooks chair all day snapping neat pictures. Parking lot BBQ?

Stevens Pass has been sorta terrible about returning any of my calls or email, so if they dont want to get involved, I'll rig up something without them.

The jump line is sick, and that 85 footer is super smooth, just a shame that none of the rails and boxes were open down below

ya i was killin it all day, you shoulda seen the lines i was slaying, it was crazy. Made me really discover how good of a skier i am and how im the best one at the mountian.
