step overs/step ups
i haven't been to stevens yet this year (ahhhh) so don't laugh at me if you have a ton of them...
anyway, they are super sick and fun
if you guys had a big step over i would go a lot more

Big ups on the park... Couple things though. Last two jumps in Pro Line are money. Nice steep landings and Junk's has a super wide take off. Waterfall needs to moved back and built up bigger with a steeper landing. And like people are saying bring back the bottom showtime booter with One light before that. It would be sweet to have two lines of big jumps. Line #1 Waterfall to Junks to Jrs... Line # 2 Waterfall to Jump/hip to One light to Showtime booter.

Waterfall needs to moved back and built up bigger with a steeper landing. -Planning on it in the next week or so.

And like people are saying bring back the bottom showtime booter with One light before that.- not enought snow for that probably not going to happen..

Man, I love how you're talking to online forums and the people who actually ride the park for ideas/comments. I constantly email Snoqualmie and usually don't get responses, but they actually are listening a bit this year. Although it still is nothing compared to the rider imput you guys strive for. I hate when cat drivers/crews have the attitidue of, "This is what we chose to build, so deal with it." I have only been to Steven's once this year for some reason (it's bad I know), but it sounds super fun now so I'll try to get up soon.

Its been fucking sick this year. I had a surprising amount of fun with the bonks and taps you built on Brennans. Pro line is sicktastic and perfectly dialed for speed. Upper park is... meh. The right side is just highly variable in terms of speed and such, lots of sun I guess whenever I go makes it weird. I almost wish the first jump was smaller so it would be easier to judge the speed you need for the rest, cause overshooting or undershooting that top one fucks the other three. Loving the mid line (Last booter there is PRIME, and I'd only ask for a bit steeper on the spine landing).

also I am a fan of moving the pipe to hog heaven or whatever it is that comes off hogsback towards skyline. screw the groomers, make it a nice fatty super pipe.

You have it now... with more in the future.

move those rails. build it up nice and big like.

Or I will start filling out comment cards if they are still around.

yeah you cant say theres not enough snow anymore. current base of 125"

breckenridge only has a base of 60" right now and a jump line with 70'+ tables

I'm getting fed up with Snoqual again so I'll be riding there a lot in the next couple weeks while I'm on spring break, and I will definitely give you as much input as I can think of about everything haha. Just remember, bigger is ALWAYS better!!!

i dont know how much play you have with the barrel bonks but more exposure would be great as I always seem to sail right over them.

good for them. did you happen to see snowmaking? did you know that they probably have 10 snowcats working in their parks? and when we did that big booter it took all of 11 feet from one light and around the pipe. Let me just say Its not going to happen this year. we are going to do some fun and creative stuff for spring but no showtime booter....sorry

so not enough snow to build up the show time jump eh?

thats three unique jumps all bigger and requiring much more snow then showtime does.

plus whatever this is gonna be:

4 cats pushing and farming for 4 days+200inches of snow in march= big pile of snow with dirt all around it. we could have built showtime but were would we get the snow? we could of pushed all the proline jumps down and had it taken out the pipe and just have that. you guys would have freaked out. Ill remember this for next year. no park just one big jump at the bottom. you guys dont understand what it takes to build these features. i have 3 to 4 cats out there pushing for a week straight to get these three jumps made. they are taking all the snow from everywhere. daisy has a dirt patch the size of a football feild same up on sky.

its also pretty pathetic to make a new profile so you can bitch and moan.

sad why dont you grow a pair and tell me who you really are, better yet why dont you come up and see for your self what it takes. be a man and quit your bitchin

jumps were sick this year...just wish a few were a bit bigger.
Also what are the chances of getting longer more creative style rails (not boxes)
was sick that we had the 40ft flat rail but how much a longgg down flat down or something

The first post was the polite response.

Overall, great park this year, I really liked the late season waterfall setup. Wish we had the snow for a quarterpipe, and a better location for that hip. Too many days the right line in the upper park was just too slow and a little flat... but I dunno about how to fix it, its a flat ass area anyways. The only thing I wish for next year is a RFID ticket gate at the top of the park, would save someone the boredom of sitting out there looking at every pass.

Oh, and yay for step-ups and friendly kickers instead of step downs and scary shit.

is it possible to push around dirt in the summer to preform the jumps and allow them to be build with less snow? mind you i have no idea what im talking about as this year was once again a repeat of my old trips thru the park occuring on the last day of operations.

You could probably pay 2 dozen 14 year old newschoolers 5 cents an hour to go build up the dirt jumps with fucking shovels so they could hit in when winter comes around haha~

I was there man.....^ for both of them. Shittiest thing that I have ever had to witness. It will haunt my dreams for quite some time.
