well, for pretty good reason. I mean, krush isn't really skier savvy, but he wanted to throw skier competitions, but practically nobody would show up.
8 people for a fresh superpipe on a sunny day? not worth their time. Just an example.

yea, but it costs him almost nothing to just add a skier part of a rail jam, especialy if there are no prizes.
