Steve Stepp success

Growing up skiing with Steve all I can say is he is way unpredictable. You won't know what he is going to do next that makes you drop your jaw and say "WHAT!?!?! When did you learn that." And he humbly says "that was the first time I tried that one." He has to be the most fun person in the world to ski with. So watch your back because you have no idea what he is going to surprise you with.
 
Probably because he's a really nice and humble guy and will be equally as famous one day. It just might take a little longer.
 
Oh and because there aren't enough fun media comps in skiing and people who ride mostly in videos get half as much respect as people who do X-games, even though they may be better.

Man....may I remind everybody that a few years ago he was the limelight. The green goblin. Anybody remember that. Tom was still there, killin it. But Steve was more in the Limelight then Tom was at the time. Then just evolved differently. Tom is not better then Steve. NS has quite the extreme limited view on the skiing world these days. Tom is not the top park skier out there. He is really great, but not the best. Not yet anyways.
 
i think the only reasons he hasnt gotten as "big" is because he doesnt do any contests and he knows where its at hes still one of the better known people in the skiing community
 
Its like Liam Downey, he just doesn't compete. Its a totally different scene for pros who just shoot and don't compete. It's probably a lot nicer not having that stress on you.
