what the fuck, this fustrates me so much.. i loved the croc hunter. this is terrible.

Was never too big a fan of his show, but I had a lot of respect for him... cool guy, few people find something that they are that passionate about and actually do something about it. You'll be missed, Steve...

Sting Rays aren't that dangerous unless you are stung in the

body near your heart, but down under in aussi, it was probbably a big one and if he was playing with it, well shit happens!

Dude did you even read how it happened? He was only the second one ever killed by a sting ray. It was just a freak accident because he was one of the best experts on how to be around and handle dangerous animals. He was no idiot like grizzly man.
 
yea the only way you can die from a sting ray is if it gets you in a vital organ, and it got him in a vital organ

FUCK that blows, i went to that zoo and saw him jump on a croc. Poor guy, 2 kids to huh, thats going to suck to have to tell them daddy got killed by a stingray. Hummm, eaten by T-Rex would be better...Peace out steve, your stupidity has always make us chuckle. RIP

nope not at all, most australians hate him

he always does stupid shit, then wenever any1 thats not australian thinks of what an australian would be like, they think of him. people always ask him if ive met him. if i had, i woulda killed him. hated him so much im actually happy hes dead. i feel bad for his family tho, cause even tho hes a douchebag they still lost a family member. but im happy that wen people now think of an australian, it wont be him, even if its crocodile dundee itd be better.

yeah i was gonna say the same thing. that guy should have some respect, never say your happy about someone dieing. steve may of been crazy but he knew what he was doing, he helped so many animals and brought a smile to tones of peoples faces. they just found that silently he had been buying shit loads of land that he was turning into a sancuary
 
I do have to say that a whole lot of the australians I know groaned at the mention of his name, but I'm sure it wasn't because they didn't like the guy.

He did so much for a lot of people, and animals. Selfless guy, one of the few people who pured his heart and soul into his passion with no regard for his own benefit. As someone else mentioned, he had been buying huge tracts of land to turn into a sanctuary, and even before that, countless animals lived longer, better lives either directly or indirectly due to his actions. Helluva guy.
