Stept Productions Store Help

I ordered Mutiny from the Stept store last week, or at least I thought I did, but I never got a confirmation email or anything. Did anyone else order anything from Stept Productions and not receive an email as well? or is it just order and hope you get the product type thing. +K for answers!
 
That's our bad, our confirmation emails have only been going out to some customers on some operating systems on some browsers, we have resorted to sending them out manually, so you will receive between 0 and 2 confirmation emails, haha, I wish we were good at online store web development, sorry for the inconvenience but we are getting all the orders, if your account gets charged then be assured we will be sending you the package as soon as we can. thanks friends!
 
You guys need to accept an intern to help you ship because you guys suck at it. You know how many kids would be willing to work for stept for free on the east coast? Like a lot
