this is a thread to show everyone your new setup from new skis to new gear, post pictures or just leg us know what you copped.
 
Not the coolest ever but I bought these RMU Wisco’s on ebay for a steal at $105 to have some skis to beat up and experiment on. I am now actually super excited to try them out. The shape and profile looks so fun. Stiff with no camber to early rise with tapered tips and tails. Apparently this was a “secret” ski that you had to know someone at RMU to get and then when they finally posted on website, they would always sell out. My understanding is that some kid from Wisconsin in high school helped them out with design and then they kinda shafted him which isn’t cool.. Pretty sure they were made in NS factory in Colorado.

Also, I got these Descendant 6’s on FB for $50. They were hardly touched. Liners still smell new. My guess is kid bought them, they didn’t fit (there was a heel lift on boot board) and he didn’t use them again. I got them to get a feel for FT shells and liners. Replaced the tongues and a buckle on toe. They don’t fit my heel like I’d like so probably gonna part with them if anyone is in the market. Can’t believe they were $50.

I had those exact same full tilts and my

foot hated them. It’s like night and day with the drop kick pros I have now. Those RMU’s look sick

Yeah I took a gamble on them because they were so cheap. I was a bootfitter for a brief point in time so know what to look for and just wanted to get a feel for FT FTE she’ll. My shop didn’t carry FT.

I know! I read the review, it’s part of what inspired me to get them!

I think mine is a different year though because the base on mine is the current RMU style base with die cut in tip and tail and also mine isn’t 177 true tape but 172 true tape haha
