Have you noticed now, that if you look at old PBP ads, or even in the movies themselves, every year, they spell his name as Steel. I think that is odd, and Johnny should fix that, and stop doing it. It is Steele, with an 'e' at the end of it. Get it right next year.

ski movies are far from perfect, most of them the credits totally bomb on the music and peoples names are wrong often enough

Steele is his real name, not a nickname. Even if they do spell the names as pronounced, instead of the correct way, it still makes PBP seem somewhat unprofesional. Most jobs, when you spell something wrong, and fuck up, there is somewhat of a consequence. Maybe one or possibly even two fuck ups are somewhat acceptable. But this is three years in a row. I mean, come on. it isn't that hard to ad an E to the end of the name, especially if that is how the name should be spelt.

they didn't spell his name wrong in RFA, at least I don't think they did...hmmm...I'm gonna have to watch it again. I really don't like his segment in RFA, it's boring and all of his 'art' is just writing stuff...oh well

honestly, it may be a typo who cares. my peev is the mistyped movie songs. that drives me nuts. I think that all ski movies should have a compilation CD that has the tracks that were in the movie! that would be sweet

Yeah, it really doesnt matter. But he is bringing up a good point. A little effort should be put into spelling the skiers name right. I mean come on, that would take 2 seconds to do and it would look way more professional. Clearly the skiers don't care of they would ask johnny about it
