whoah...So basically I've been absent for 1 year and I've missed:

Jensen getting into college!

Jensen going to college!

Collin moving to PC.

Gine moved to PC.

Jensen got arrested and kicked out of college! (surprise!)

Gina is killin it this season!

Jensen is still mad and drunk. haha

Anyway, glad to hear things are pretty much the same out there! I miss all you fockers and hope to visit sometime in March. Everyone plan on being back then. I also think that I'll be moving back out that way (maybe summit) for next season to give it one more go at a season of JUST halfpipe after getting both my knees fixied. After all, I'll only be the tender age of 27 and I still got my sig. alleyoop cork niner which can be a ten real easily for next year so watch yo backs....anyway...hit me back and keep it real in the boat. Gina, congrats on your super season...You are finally where you should be.

Update: I think that I'm def. moving back out to Fort Collins in Aug. to finish my education up...I'm super stoked that I'll be back in action for next season.

o, and me and tom hate snow cause we work in the park and powder days fucking suck working in the park. plus the powder was so damn heavy today. it was 33 degrees at 8 in the morning with snow coming down.
 
this just in, park gets sicker every week, and it keeps snowing and fucking ruining it. oh yea gary is a bitch as well. d-day tomorrow, snow or sun, its gonna happen. weeeeee.
 
yeah i just wanna ski the park a bit, i've skied tons of all mnt this year... and its been sick... but that park rat inside of me is diggin a hole! NO MORE SNOW FOR A LITTLE... i hear its suppose to puke tonight though
 
yeah.. we have some sick little kids out here, jackson and the 2 other kids he skis with all the time are sick.

Thanks for all the support while at X Games--I love my Steamboat crue! I ended up getting taken down in the meat wagon during training the day before the event. I did a five, caught my feet on the deck and landed in the middle of the pipe (no transistion, the flatest part in the middle) right on my left hip. I ended up lying and telling them my pain wasn't as bad so I could still ski the next day, but I could barely click into my bindings the next day. I tried to ski as hard as I could, but it definitly was more of an experience due to the injury.

At the Queen's Cup, I landed on my hip twice again and now there is a ton of fluid on it. I can actually push the fluid from the side of my hip and make the side of my stomach jiggle--pretty funny, but very painful none-the-less. I will most likely be riding here tues & wed so come say hello because i've been SO homesick! And I leave on wed for aspen again. So there's a briefing of my travels, I hope everyone enjoyed....

yeah for aspen, i'll be down there for the weekend cheering on all my homies and homettes. lets say some prayers for some sun this week. it would be greatly apreaciated.
 
O SHIT!!!, just checked the weather forecast and... SUN UNITL NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!! that is over a week of NO SNOW!!!! yyyyyaaaaayyyyyy. they have been doing real good on the weather forecasts this year so lets hope they continue their accuracy.

Gina, sorry to hear about your injuries...Now you know how I was feeling all last season riding on a blown mcl and not even knowing it...weeeeee...i think if you are not careful, your jigglin hip might turn into a hematoma if you keep landing on it...take some time off to let it heal, trust me, I've had hematomas from soccer and skiing and both times Doctors said they were the worst injuries they had ever seen, taking several weeks of PT message to get them under control, and both times could have turn into a bad blood clott, which in certain cases can lead to gang green which is very, very bad...don't mean to scare you, but it's better to be safe than sorry, which is why i'm back east this season.......

anyway, looks like I will be visiting Mar 6 - 14..at least that is what I'm gonna shoot for. Would be nice to see all you guys around if you can make it...if not, I will return in July to live in Fort Collins, so I'll see everyone then if I miss ya in March! I can't wait to get back out...getting both knees fixed end of next month, so I should be ready to go next season...whoohoo...sorry about the long post, see you guys soon!

most of the time i run into them on the weekeneds, but sometimes during the week. I only get out for a few hours during the week because of work. But at least I get out!

Yeah big t i'll see u up there today, lets shred, u too gina, and ryan... and who ever else is up there! whoooaaaa steamboat! now time to go to work for a a few hours....
 
its only gonna get better. finally stomped that 7 WITH MY EDGELESS WONDERS. then the next run, one of my skis ran away, jeff caught it, and banned my edgeless wonders from the park. BUT, at 8am tomorrow morning, i will have my new skis in hand bitches. stomping that c7 & d7, then onto the 9s. better watch your back mr pink helmet goggles.......you b goin down. jumps are SICK, rails keep moving cause they have a mind of their own, uh and yea, shit is just CRAZY. best park ever.

That was a sick session today fellas, I was thinking about resting my shins tomarrow to let them heal up some again, but I don't know if I can hold out. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, the big jump is so much fun right now!
 
ahhhhhhhhh I want to go so bad today.. but i've got work. Lets have another way fun and sick session on thursday, with the green face mask monster, the black ninja, and the milkshake color bandit. best park ever? this must you guys's first season in the boat, eh...A couple of us have put up with 5 years of bullshit to get that park how it is now...so I hope you guys are enjoying it...You guys can re-thank Colin too, cause he was a major influence the past 2 years...Spencer and Cactus as well........

not as many had a part in how it is this year as you think....and yea I've been here plenty of years. the biggest change was probably being able to have a new grooming crew that knows their shit, rather than asta & friends who were full of themselves.
 
Asta was fine, it was just the fact that he hated his job and the other guys they had besides him sucked severely...esp. when it came to cutting the pipe...and yes, i do know who helped because I worked with Doug LaPlaca for 4 years with Aaryn Briggs tryin to get comps goin and get more features and better jumps and a halpipe that was cut more than once a week...so, yeah, I'm glad to hear that they finally got some guys who know how to drive a cat, that in itself would be a HUGE difference from last season. BTW, what's your name?
 
oh, and if you mean this year, i have no idea who had a part in helping because i wasn't there...i just re-read your post and saw that you may have been talking about this season....it def. sounds like it's gotten a lot better this season from the way you guys talk...I can wait to see for myself.
 
umm i'm not sure what I'm doing for next season, but as far as I know I'll be here. Are you commming out this year? I think that last year I rode with you a few times. But yeah thanks for the comment about the cor 3's. I wanna try to post some new footie that was taken the other day by Chris and his dope camera (i gotta borrow that tape) But yeah collin where'd u go yesterday? We had a pretty good session, that jump is way fun i think right now. pretty good flow to the park right now... WAY FUN...so was last night... oh man, PAT I need my Key back!
 
I'll be out in early March, but will just be able to ski groomers since I have double knee surgery coming up in end of March...but I will stop by the park to see some peeps for sure...As for next season, I won't be living in steamboat, but will be up a lot...will be living in fort collins and training at breck's pipe fri-mon...
