D spin7 are you thinking about going to CMC in Steamboat? I'm applying there in a few weeks. My friend goes to the ski academy there and always talks about the terrain. He doesnt talk about the park much so I guess its ok...he says theres alot of terrain to get creative with especially in the backcountry...road gaps etc. If its not CMC(colorado mountain college) your talking about check it out.

ya my friends bro is going to cmc...steamboats alright...if like bumps take norther, its a blue but it has perfect lines, the park is alright, but when I was there last year there was a board comp and they tore down half the park to make a skier x course..but remember that guy died there last year...he was like trying a double back and landed on his chest and ripped his aorta in half, but they have some nice xtreme terrain..hopefully that helped

fuck yea dude, i was just partying with a bunch of kids from CMC last weekend. steamboat is cool. they pay like $650 a month between 4 people so its pretty cheap, then there are the rich houses. but yea, its a dope place to live, just drink smoke ride mountain bikes and ski. they have a phat little skate park by the wooden ski jump too.

i will be there over presidents weekend and have been there 8 years in a row and it has some steep terrain and allot of trees. Just find out what it is like when you get their and have fun

i've been tracking the alien for awhile on here, how is this possible? Also, I am still trying to find a few threads from a certain date that I think don't delete for security reasons

Never skied the park, I think it's kinda small. Not a lot of really steep stuff but you can skinthe trees pretty much anywhere. And the snow there is amazing!

I live in Steamboat.

The park is decent but not really the best, check my latest edit under my threads so you can see what our park is like. (Its not very large at the moment)

The backcountry is legit though, at least when the snowpack is good.

Overall, go to CMC Breck for park, not Steamboat.

Hope that helped--best of luck.
