Steamboat Park??

Hey Newschoolers. So I'm headed to steamboat in a couple of weeks and am wondering how the park is this season. I have searched for edits and park footage but can't find anything substantial from this year. Does anyone on here have any footage or news of the park setup? Thanks!
Also how is spring skiing there? I know it's a big powder resort but have no idea what conditions are like this late in the season.

I was there the last weekend of January/beginning of March. They have a (I believe) 22 foot halfpipe and three parks, which range in size. The smallest is basically just big boxes and a fun minipipe and is located at the bottom of the mountain. The largest and the middle parks have a lift and are just below the top of the gondola. The largest park has three large jumps and a few rail features. The medium park has a line of around 5-6 jumps down the middle with a similar number of rails on either side. I have some footage, but as you mentioned, I wasn't really there for park. I'll try and drop some footage here if I can. Hope that helps.

i was there last week, it was fun, but it was mostly pow days. if youre looking for specifically park, id head to breck or something

Thanks man!
From what i gathered from youtube was that the rail/box features weren't too bad but the jump lines just looked measly...

I'm a rail guy so the jumps were fine for me. I basically stayed in the medium park (more features) but the big jumps were nice. I'm trying to throw some clips together right now.

small park:

right-tiny jumps/rollers

middle-15 foot flat box to 8 ft up box to 8 ft down mini rail

left-mini dance floor to a stall box to either another dance floor or a mini upflatdown box

medium park:

Option of either a pyramid rail, jump line, or down box or rail. left rail line is the pyramid to a C rail to a down tube to a pill thing. down the middle is a jump to a flat down rail to a cannon to some more jumps

Big park:

Option of a rainbow rail on the left, a flat down rail in the middle, or a picnic table on the left. Then into a 45 ft jump, into a 55 ft jump, into a 65 ft jump. Then a disco floor w/ a raised box on the left, into a down flat down rail.

Over all its pretty good right now. They are gonna put in some better rails after the big jumps for junior nationals this week. They also might put in some more rails instead of the jumps at the end of the medium park

PM me for more info or if you want to shred when you're here

Alright so i just came across Mary-O's pictures of the steamboat park with a few 4bi9 guys. It looks really really ill.
Can any locals tell me if they are keeping that setup for the next week or two? also i assume its open to anyone?

The park has been so prime lately. Like 40 degrees every day and just the spring conditions in general have been pretty sweet. You will enjoy it
