At the bottom of the jump run is a feature that was reshaped for the NextSnow Kids. I have been doing my best to explain it. Stupid me didn't get any pictures of it. It had a flat box on top and a flat down to choose to tap or you could just air it out up and over.

Could someone help me out and post or snap a picture of it? Thanks!

we already took the boxes off and i never took any pictures of it. i'll bring my camera up on wednesday and take a picture of just the snowbox and send it to you.

thanks.. is that what you call it? SnowBox? Looking for new ideas for our park here and my son said he really liked it.

yeah, i'd call the snow the rails were set on top of a snowbox. it took a ton of work to build. 5 people working all day with two chainsaws and shovels to square it off. then probably two hours the next day to get the rails on top of it. plus the landing was so steep the cat couldn't drive up it, so we had to build a ramp on one said so the cat could get on top of it then groom down.

We watched you guys on wednesday. Y'all stand around alot! hahahahaa. We thought you might build something cool with all those chainsawed chunks, like an igloo or something, but yeah - who there came up with the idea, maybe he has some pics.?

OH! why was it torn down after the comp?

the head cat driver, heath, came up with it. it kind of slowly evolved from a shitty qp, to a step up over the qp, to just a step up. i don't think he knows how to work a camera though so he definetly does not have pics of it. we took the boxes off because they weren't seeing as much action as just airing over and we couldn't get the landing groomed with the boxes in. and cutting all that snow/ice away was a lot more work than it looked like it should have been.

I have video of some of the NextSnow kids hitting the boxes - any picture would be better than what I have now.. BTW - some of those NextSnow kids went on to Aspen the following week and did really well.

Did you watch any of the comp? I have a really cool edit in the making when there were 20 of those kids pulling those trains during practice.. good stuff!
