So i got my iphone stolen today during gym. Some kid snuck back in to the locker room and stole four phones including mine, but since there's no cameras in there nobody can prove it was him and he just denies everything. I was fucking pissed but there was nothing i could do, anyone else had to deal with ignorant high school theft?
 
Yes sorry for the improper use of ignorant, i was aware of its meaning its just a habit of mine. Yeah everyone knows who it was but theres no way to prove it
 
Happened at my school, People pretty much just kept an eye on kijiji and stuff to see if he tries to sell their shit. One guy printed off his ipod receipt and matched the serial number infront of the cops.

People reported seeing him in the act, but theres no way to validate these claims without cameras, and administrators searched him and didnt find anything, so its just a dead end unless one of the phones turns up somewhere
 
Another thing that should be mentioned. For future reference, lock your shit. I've never owned a phone that was worth stealing, but if I did, I sure as hell wouldn't leave it in the open.

When I was in high school it was more the ipods. I remember like 5 getting stolen from the girls locker room one day. Lock that shit up. People are scummy, don't trust them. Maybe he'll get caught for something else and your iphone and all the other shit he stole will be found.

yeah dude i really do, i was just in a rush today and had already locked my locker before putting my phone in, so i zipped it in the bottom of my book bag. the one day
 
I always made sure to hide my iTouch really well in my backpack during my P.E and weightlifting classes. Some kids got their phones/ipods stolen because they would just leave them on the shelves and assume that since they are "cool" nobody would touch their shit. (Seriously happened to one of the varsity kids in my class. He threatened to kill the kid but he never found out who it was.)

Or just get $5 padlock and end all of these problems?
 
well the person stealing could be ignorant to the consequences of stealing and the grief it causes to the harmed parties. so in that way stealing could indeed be ignorant. although that's a very awkward way of saying, it could still be correct. even though that's not what he meant.

Stealing is pretty fucking ignorant. If you're gonna steal you lack knowledge and awareness of other people's property and rights to their property. It's also quite uneducated and unsophisticated. I'd say stealing is quite an ignorant thing to do.
 
call me a hypocrite but i hate when people steal from others but i don't think stealing from big companies like wallmart or anything is a very big deal if your younger. however if your older and have a job grow up and pay for it
 
When My phone got stolen I called Verizon and switched my phone number to an old phone we had. By doing that I started reciving texts from about 6 different people. All the texts I received were from ghetto people so I just played along and tricked the people into giving me the name. I then looked up the kids home number. Told him I would contact authority if he didn't give it back. Met up with him an hour later and got my phone back.
 
Someone stole my shoes at whis last week. Had to go home with Greyhound bus barf bags on my feet.

Who steals someone's old crappy size 13 shoes?
 
Tie that dirty little theif down and mash the lemons into his eyes until he begs you stop. Then kick him in the face and strip him down to his socks, hogtie him, and throw him in your trunk. Take him deep into the inner city and throw his out onto the curb. You won't have any problems with him anymore.
 
That happened to me one time. Lunch time at work my colleagues always go to Chipotles, however, after eating beans I usually get explosive diarrhea. Anyways, I was really hungary and I saw some brownies on a lighting rig. I ate two and started feeling funny. My head and heart was rushing, I felt numb. Following this, I went over to the hydraulic lifting machine, JP Prudence placed the boxes on top of the lift. However, I clipped his arm and dragged him two stories to the pavement and crushed him, the next day.
 
you don't think that people stealing phones know that they belong to someone else and they're doing wrong?
 
Not every school theif is black, but 99/100 of every theif at my old high school was black/hispanic. Strait up, no racism intended, its just the truth.
 
id beat him up if your pretty sure who it is. or u cud just talk to his parents. btw there are apps to track sell #'s. And to add on to that what a retard if u report it stolen it cannot be resotred or unlocked. NEVER BUY IPHONES OFF EBAY!

The first time I stole so that I wouldn't starve. Yes, I lost many assumptions about the simple nature of right and wrong. And when I traveled, I learned the fear before a crime, and the thrill of success.
 
You do know that teachers aren't kidding when they say that theft happens tons in the locker rooms, right? You deserved to get your phone stolen. Don't leave expensive shit unattended or unlocked.
 
You are a horrible person for making this statement. So bad in fact the blacks and hispanics who are doing the stealing are the victims of terrible racism and are now the ones who should be pissed off.

You should apologize for this and know making racist statements like such is almost as bad as murdering or raping someone.
 
one thing worse than getting your shit is stolen is being accused by the school you did it and they give you an ultimatum for stealing someones laptop
