Up until he started with his plan on Iraq; it actually sounded like a straight down the middle presidential state of the union.

Man, CNN correspondent just brought up a good point. After Bush said "please give the new iraq plan a chance to work" he immediately followed it with "Please support our troops on the field and those on there way," therefore making it necessary for the dem's, including Pelosi, to stand up and clap (because of the second line). Soundbites from the night will now have the dem's applauding what seems like the new Iraqi plan. Tricky.
 
I never said she wasn't allowed. I just said she shouldn't. It is an embarrassment to her every time she posts on anything political.
 
ugh i saw bernie sanders on tv today and in school yesterday. i cant believe he was allowed in my school to do what he did. he sat there and said that

1. bush was the worst president ever

2. we went to iraq because of 911

3. we had no reason to go to iraq

4. impeaching bush might be a good idea

5. we went to iraq for oil

i cant believe he can come ito a high school and give this speech to non-voters, some of these kids are only 14.
 
What did she say that was an incorrect? You're opinion isn't any more important than hers is, so don't tell somebody that they shouldn't speak.

I think that Bernie is ruining our senate. He guarantees that there will never be a bi-partisan effort to better our country. I'm glad I didn't vote for him.
 
Again never said my opinion was more important than anyone's. I just simply said she stop speaking because of the recent threads she has made and because of her response in this one. "9/11 is pretty much why we went into Iraq" Wow...
 
His ratings in the polls are the same as Nixon's ratings in the polls after the Watergate scandal. That's not very good, whether he's actually doing a bad or good job is irrelevelant, I won't even say my opinion because frankly, it doesn't matter because I can't vote yet anyway (1 more year).
 
State of the Union was sad. Everything he said was either hypocritical or bullshit. Just fucking sad.

im disappointed in bush, i have been. for a long time. we need to get out of Iraq. all it is is another Vietnam. 6 months after we leave it is going to be right back where it was when we got there.
 
As much as I wish for change in this country, it will only be achieved when people start caring. For the most part, we do not , but sit back and take the shit we are handed and told to deal with.
 
You know nothing about me. You have no idea of my political thoughts. If I was to judge someone on something they have posted on NS once then I would probably consider never using the internet again.
 
As an American, I'm proud of the fact that our brave fellow Americans have taken the initiative in preventing further subway deaths.
