Starting with Lincoln Loops/Rodeos

Sup everyone. I really want to stick a rodeo by the time all the snow melts... I really don't know how to get started though. I went to the pool and was trying to do Lincolns off the 1m spring board but just belly flopped. Can anyone give me pointers on the motion? I can do a back or front flip but I find the lincoln motion to be damned weird.

Thanks

yo on a lincoln when you are flipping fix your eyes on somethingin thehorzion if you dont you will start to spin as well, what i do is try to touch my head to my ski boot.

WHAT, people still have snow, wuts up with that, i do lincoln loops on the tramp, the thing is, i think, correct me if im wrong, but i believe that you stay focused on an boject straight ahead of you the entire time, i start to flip but turn my head so im still lookin straight, i believe thats a lincoln loop, just keep at it

seems like a little late to start those. They took me forever to learn on a tramp but once you get them they are easy. They are practically the same on skis except i throw my shoulder a little more.

Make sure you POP, then flip, just drop your shoulder and toss your feet over your head, after a couple tries you will get it.

they actually become easy on the tramp after a lot of practice, and i forgot the pop thing, very important, havent tried on skis yet, is it still kinda the same?
