Ya wow stole some friends of mine. They are back now but will never be the same.

For the most part the kids that play wow I wouldn't want to hang out with anyway so I don't really hate it.

Considering it's coming out in '08, it's probably going to be on the new highest echelon of computer gaming.

Starcraft might not have great graphics but the strategy shit is great. Like chess. Chess has really shitty graphics.

And if you are referring to outside stuff you can do that too but sometimes you just want to chill.

like i said in case you wernt listening i played it back in junior high but its so old now and now that 360 and ps3 are on the scene, why waste your time wit computer games

and yea it used to be fun back in the day

The original SC is the second best selling PC game of all time (only behind the original Sims) and remember that it came out way back in 1998 when PC's weren't as big of a deal as they are now. While this sounds (and I agree) cheesy, its the only RTS played on a professional level (Korea) which attests to its overall appeal to anyone and world wide success.

If people can go goo-goo over Halo and other console games, why not SC. Im not going to shell out over 600 bucks (min.) for a console system when I can play the same games I like on my current computer.

What makes computer games gayer then console ones?

For that matter, what makes computer games like SCII gayer then something like NS? Your still stilling in front of that screen talking with people, so whats the difference?

BTW, just wait till Crysis comes out and embarrasses all the console that can't handle it...
 
Anyone else play SC on the N64? Trying to play that with a shitty controller sucked some serious balls...
 
im not knockin the computer...just some of the games cuz thier outdated

yes if incredably bored then sometimes its fun to go back and play oldschool comp games

doom and all the quake games and duke nukem were kinda sweet back in the day
 
Ya I had it for 64. It was kind of fun because at that time no one had two networked computers in one room so you could talk shit right as you are fucking someone up.

Ill play halo every once in a while but SC is where its at I haven't even owned a console since 64.

starcraft is in the category of real time strategy games. STRATEGY. it means you have to THINK, and come up with the best combinations of shit, honestly its like playing a chess game, you have to find out what you're enemies are doing and then counter their shit. I have a beast of a computer and i play half life 2 and rainbow six vegas and games like that as well but shit starcraft and warcraft are still 2 of the best games i've ever played. don't mack on a game until you've played it.

you just get yourself a copy of starcraft 2 and play it all night long and then in between games you can look up from your little computer screen long enough to beat off cuz i know you aint gettin no pussy while your playin starcraft and world of warcraft or whatever the hell else you play...
