Ok so I bought a Starburst out of a vending machine. And one of the starbursts didn't have wrapping around it. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

i used to have a vending machine at my old school where you could just reach up it and take what u wanted

There was vending machine where I used to work, and it would accept paper towels jammed into the slot. One paper towel and you would just keep spinning it over and over again... it was the greatest
