Starbucks Launches First "Ski-Thru"

i think they should do that, but you know those 1/2 way up the mtn huts. those could easily have a ski thru, shouldnt cost any more... but just imagine the litter and who wants to ski around with a coffee or hot chocolate? i would on a green run if im not going far but other then that im sure the drink would get cold in 5 mins or less

i feel there would be a ton of people just standing around outside the window since you cant really ski away when you have a coffee in your hand. may as well be going inside and sitting down to grab a coffee so you can actually enjoy it..

I can say from firsthand experience that the Starbucks window fucking sucks. It's located at the end of the gondola in the area where everyone puts there skis on, which creates an insane clusterfuck of people sipping and spilling coffee while everyone else is getting ready to go ski. Not stoked on it.

Starbucks is expensive as it is so I cant imagine what this will be like. However I bet they will generate a shit ton of revenue by doing this especially at upper class resorts because it attracts a wealthier population.

First think that came to mind when I heard of this, dope to be able to buy a Red Bull without having to go inside though

That's the other thing I wanted to say. If there's a line one gaper is gonna fall and domino everybody else to the ground with him.
