What if they remade the origional trilogy to make the effects and storyline more consistant? i don't know if that would be good or bad... how do you replace mark hamil, harrison ford and carrie fisher? but on the other hand you know the battle scenes would be even more badass...

i just read an article in TIME about it. sounds pretty sick. i just wanna see what happens with all the other jedi cause obviously, they aren't around in the next films, so there's going to be many dead jedi mofuckaz. and i want to see how dope this new bad guy is... the General Grievous character. supposed to be pretty violent too. Lucas, ya best not be lettin us boys down.

yea, general grievious or whatever, he should be awesome. have any of you seen the tartawkovski (?) cartoons of the Clone wars? they were made by the same dude that made dexter and the power puff girls, so the style is pretty neat. they are really great, and the general can sure as heck fight...

also, i juts read an Empire about it, anakin kicks Dookus butt. such a sweet battle scene apparently.

and also, the end battle scene, between anakin and obi wan, is supposed to be the best battle scene ever recorded on film. ooo nelly.

i have a feeling you absolutley wrong, almost all the critics who have seen it are praising it as an awesome movie and possibly the best of the series. some say its one of the best movies in the past couple of years. then again thats just some critics

Finally one of the star wars threads lasts. This will be the best of the six, even Kevin Smith says so ... and he's the man. I got my midnight tickets.

As for Oscars, Lucas says they aren't going to try and buy any awards like Miramax did. But Ian McDiarmid is definitely deserving of one.

Anwho, this movie will be amazing, the effects are to a level where you can't really tell, so the people that are distracted by them won't be. And I mean how can you lose with such a dark and painful story.
