from wat ive heard, if both are under 18 but one is older than the other, its still rape even if both consent and are both under 18. im not sure if that is right or not.

that shit just pisses me off!! i know there are women out there that are oppressed due to rape and shit.. but christ guys get shit on when it comes to statuatory rape (however the fuck you spell it), sexual harrassment and rape... i could pick some random ass dude and scream rape and the guy would get hell for it.
