Any nsers at St. Mikes. Im a freshman and so far most people I talk to board or dont ride park. It's getting frustrating. Any of my ns bros or sis's at the big SMC. Burlington VT!

The Burlington area is such a prime place to live. You're so close to so many mountains; you can ski a different one everyday. Sugarloaf/Sunday River are like 4.5 hours away. With all that said I can't wait to get the hell out of Vermont.

more like 40 to smuggs and 45-hour to stowe. depending on the road conditions. bolton is about 25
 
are you st. mike-rs getting a stowe pass? cause I'm thinkin about getting one for myself...as well having the smuggs pass.
 
you'll think it's expensive at first, but the stowe pass is the way to go. It's the easiest place to find rides to or find someone to bring with. If you're into tree skiing, it's turns into the right decision quickly.
 
most smc kids ride smuggs cause its 20 bucks for the season. only a handful of kids have a stowe pass. thus, getting there is a bitch without your own car. rides to smuggs are super easy to get. smuggs has real sick terrain though, just has shitty lifts. also since everyone from smc rides smuggs its an awesome time and the upper lot is always going off on nice days.

As if carrying two majors weren’t enough, college students can now show off their smarts on more classic terrain with New England’s newest college season pass, the Triple Major. Added to the course schedule for the 2007-2008 season is Mad River Glen, which teams up with Double Major upper classmen Jay Peak Resort and Bolton Valley Resort, to offer unlimited access to all three resorts, all winter, for only $269. There are no restrictions at any of the resorts, and the pass includes night skiing and riding at Bolton Valley Resort until 9pm. The pass price increases to $329 after Nov. 5.

180 for me and yes it's a horrible deal. Especially if you're a snowboarder. I'm really fucking pissed about this stupid new pass. I love Bolton and Jay is pretty good but Mad River Glen what the fucckkkk.
 
yea im not sure how i feel about the addition of mad river. it pretty sick, but not many people go there so rides will be tough to find.

anyways, i live in the ethan allen apartments... and there are a bunch of skiers that ride park at st. mikes, go to the ski and snowboard club meetings. you will meet them there.
 
rumor is there will be a bus from uvm to jay on saturdays and to mad river on sundays. not positive about it or any details right now though.
