They're opening a new run down the back side, part of an expansion. 1300 feet vert or something. should open up a butt load of amazing tree skiing since there'll be an easy way back round to the lifts without walking for an hour in bush. very stoked.

Damm, that sounds great. Haven't been to MSM in a couple years, but I was planning on doing a few days there skiing the hidden spots for the movie.

They've practically given up on the park, it used to be owned by intawest so it had a banger park. But other than that, it has some decent terrian if you're down to explore. Haven't been in awhile. IMO tremblant is more worth it.

nice quad post.

if you're going to ski and not cruise park then it's for sure the best local hill (don't consider tremblant too local). It has twice the vert of fortune or edel and a lot more terrain. I think they generally get more snow then right near the city too, but maybe I just imagine that

I haven't, but talking to someone who's been there a few times this season and they said it's only worth it if there's been excellent snow and a lot of it. Like at least 8" the night before. Apparently they do nothing to maintain it, so it is what it is. After a few days of no snow it's going to be icy moguls.

Ive never actually been to MSM, i might check it out if we get a nice little snow storm.

Im kind of stoked that there are going to be some local glades
