Ssx on tour is amazing

Im sure you all have the actual version by now. My brother just picked it up and it is soooo sick. you can actually stylie carve switch, and do like criticals, japicals (double grab(, nose grabs, truck drivers, and with style, and you can tweak them with the tweak button. SOOOO sick. pick this up for sure. You can also create your own skier with your own clothes (unfortunatly all snowboard clothes) but you can save up and buy alot of this years skis with most of the models, like armadas, 4 frnt, k2's ect. such a wonderful playing experience

why so much hate? it's SSX - it's not supposed to be realistic, none of the games have been realistic for snowboarding so why would this be any different? just be happy that skiing is getting some mainstream attention and give the game a shot because there could be more to come.

Where does it say that your HAVE to do monster tricks, and you HAVE to take your skis off? I preseonaly play the game and i never need to take the skis off, so why does it affect your decision on the game? All ssx games had the board come off with uber tricks. Its an ssx tradition, and its not like the old ssx games, you control when the skis come off.

Its really too bad that the game gets old and really really hard when you play it for a week. It also has the glitchy SSX gameplay, which can really piss you off. But those are my only misgivings. Its a ski game, one that i spend an ungodly amount of time on and that seriously has been too long in the making. 3 out of 5 for overall gameplay, 5 total because its the first skiing game.
