I can't really decide on whether to get the these scratches, white/blue lady ones.

OR the 04' Troublemakers

Its really a hard decision. Both prices for the skis are similar.

yea the blue and white scratchs are just the price point ski... there still good but the fs is a closer match to the tm

 
oh yeah, my friend just told me about the difference between the scratch and the scratch FS. But I already decided to get the Troublemakers unless anyone has an objection to the Troublemaker Vs. Scratch FS?

i prefer the scratches my friend has a pair of the troublemakers and he said they were ok but he went right back to his old scratches after

im having the same problem, but you cant really go wrong either way, both very solid skis.

the publics have a hideous bases. and picking between scratches and TMS should be no thinking involved. tms all the way i have a pair for sale!!!! message me

haha, yea, if i were you i wouldnt stay with the lines, i had some 2 years ago and i tried the tms at camp, trust me you dont want lines.

i had the scratches last year. i liked them alot except for the fact they sucked it up on crummy groomed while going fast. i have the tms and have ridden them 3-4 times and love them. lil wider and very fun to ski. i've heard they're not the greatest all mountain ski for the east though either

public enemies are by far the stiffest and most stable of them, so get them if u want a better all mountain ski.

 
what do you guys say is better for east coast skiing, as i mean like no pow, hard pack and groomed basically... tms or scratches? thanks 4 any input

Ya both are exellent skis just see if any demos come to your mountain then try them out if you don't need skis right away it is the best way to go becasue you get to try the ski. And by the way get the scratchs

the 03-04 scratchs that are on loan to me till december are all this greyish colour on top is this because they hadn't picked the design yet?

Also the PE base looks fine. But volkl ski better than all of them, even though the cap for the volkls is retared.
