Last year Jimmy King put a huge cap on the size of features to be allowed last year. But this year apparently, they're gonna be able to go off the wall with it. Opinions?

Definitely gonna be different without Tom at the controls... JP from Sugar Bowl is the new terrain park director... we'll see how it works out... hopefully most or all of the crew Tom hired will be replaced

the only park crew guy i hope gets replaced is the one that found my passes (that fell off my pants) and took them home so his roommate could facebook me 3 days later

pretty sure the whole crew is getting replaced from top to bottom... I know its a commom problem in parks but Tom hired his friends and rarely expected them to work and that resulted in a neglected park for the last two seasons...

you have no idea what you are talking about. i was one of the park groomers at squaw last year. it was livak and gross that put the cap on sizes. jimmy carried out their dirty work. livak also says there is no such thing as a park groomer. jp has no say on what gets built this year. i dont think any groomers are coming back, but jp didnt bring anyone with him so youll probably be seeing a lot of the same faces not raking. hopefully andy realizes the importance for a good park and sufficient changes are made soon.

i was there on saturday and there was a mini park on belmont pretty fun but i wanna see some bigger stuff for so much snow.....just my opinion

Its alright.
The jumps are still shitty. They're flat and not really good for anything except practicing flat-3's, etc.

The rails and boxes are pretty good for the most part.
I'm impressed with JP and his new crew.
1 slant box, 1 small down rail, propane tank, 3 mini boxes, 2 mini rails, a medium flat bar with a small gap leading to it, and a good sized, comically disproportionate flat-down box.
They're all super smooth and JP is getting new plastic to put on the box surfaces so that theres no screws in them.

I heard that there's not going to be any big jumps this year, and that they're emphasizing the kiddy park. Squaw just doesn't care about park at all.
