people take patrollers for granted, I do, I am always like Fuck patrollers (some do suck though) but some are real cool and real chill and they do put their lives on the line for our saftey.

this guy helped my dad (a fellow patroller) down the mountain after a bad fall two years ago and i have personally talked to him, was a stand up guy and a hell of a skiier... sooo sad to see another death

This came off totally wrong. Bad mood should never have gone towards this thread. RIP to the patroller.
I just have had alot of neg experiences with stowe. and their patrollers believe they are elitest. ask any patroller at another mountain in the area. they suck.
But it doesn't even matter, RIP, the fact that this person gave their life for my greatest passion is something i will forever be thankful for.
