Yo guys,
I recently got one of these because of my work with Uni Threads but you can use it for pretty much anything. Basically it's a way to accept credit cards from anyone through your phone and it deposits it directly into your bank account. It takes 2.75% so if your selling anything under $100 is pretty legit. It works on Iphones, ipads, itouches, all androids and the sickest thing is that they send you the device for free if you sign up. Even if you don't have one of those phones or whatever you can still make an account, get one sent to you and if you need to accept a payment borrow a friends phone or whatever.

i entered the last 4 then a box popped up asking for my full. i used the link in the OP...

Is it because i chose "for personal use"? should i pick something else?
 
I asked the girl I know that is working for them and she said that sometimes if there are more than 1 person with the same first and last name then they ask for the full SS.

 
Just ordered mine.

Asks for your bank information at the end and last 4 digits of your social but nothing too intrusive. Stoked to get mine even though I don't have an iPhone, iTouch, or anything android.
 
Ah! love this thing, have been using it for almost 6 months now.

The guy who started twitter started this... The fees are a bit high (2 ish percent), but SUUUPPPERR convenient for dinners when no-one ahs cash, and you can usually make up the fee difference in points or cash back on your credit card. worth it, the card reader is free.

Huge fan here!
 
2 ish percent though is pretty good compared to a lot of other options though but yea the thing is fucking sick. been using mine for a couple weeks

This would make sense if any of my clients lived with-in swiping distance.

ive clicked on this thread like 5 times and i still dont know what its about. i get to where it say "uni" the first time, then i assume its about something i dont know about so i leave. i do not want to do this, because i want to know what the thread is about, but i do it constantly. i think i probably have ADD, but i dont really care to find out. im also pretty sure everyone has ADD. so can someone help me out and sparknotes it? please help, i have a disorder.
 
Square is so legit got mine a few months ago. The company had some problems in their start up but they have everything on lock. They are developing a new card reader that's more secure as well. Smartphones are going to take over the world.
 
you only have to read like 6 words past the word Uni to get it.

I think this product is so easy to use, even YOU can figure it out.
