can you replace the lenses?

i own a pair.. and if its like >-5 -4 -3 -2 -1 etc.. the strap freezes when its expanded.. so you will go to like take off your helmet and rock jsut a hat.. but the strap stays the size that fits the helmet. not a fan of these goggles at all
