I checked out the searchbar but there wasn't much. I was thinking about going to a camp either in spring or summer, or both. Should i do two in the summer or summer and spring or anything really. And what camps would be best for either? Jw

It depends how nice your home mountain is. If your home mountain is not so great I would consider the option of two sessions in the summer or one in the spring and one in the summer. If your mountain is pretty nice during the spring I would recommend doing two sessions in the summer.
If you are thinking about going in the summer you have a few options: Mt. Hood, Whistler, South America, and New Zealand/Australia. (There are some glaciers in Europe, but from what I hear they are not that great).
One thing to think about while deciding is that at Mt. Hood and Whistler during the summer you will only be able to ride rails and hit jumps.
I can write more information, but it is always good to hear your opinions. Hope this post was helpful.

well depending on where u ski, u usually get to ride ur home mountian into mid spring....so id go summer cuz that means u pretty much get to ski almost year round which is pretty dope!

Problem is that i dont have a great home mountain...its on the east coast and the only way we get good spring skiing is if there is a freak snowstorm, so i really dont know. I was realy looking for what is different between a spring and a summer camp...hows the experience different i guess?

definately go to hood or whistler in the summer. think about it, skiing in the summer.....it'll be the best week of your life.

In North America during the spring: The best option seems to be Windells. The people I know who have gone have loved it and would recommend it. For proof just check out some of the videos. The cost for the camp is $1,249.00.
Reasons I would go: You can ride pow and hit up the terrain park.
In North America during the summer: If you really just want to work on your tricks this is the best option. The snow is soft, the coaches are great, and you can do a bunch of stuff of the mountain. Places range from Wndells to Camp of Champions to Momentum, etc.
Reasons I would go: If I really just wanted to work on my tricks instead of laying around a swimming pool.
In South America/New Zealand: This is a great option because you can ride pow and a really sick terrain park in the summer. Prices vary but the best option in South America is SASS. In New Zealand you have companies like Access Trips and All Star Camps.
Reasons I would go: Summer + Pow and pretty good terrain park = Lots of good times
Ask if you want to hear about specifics. Hope this was helpful.

^^any sites for those south america camps? That would be really fun, i'm just not so sure about the prices
