Fastest i've ever got results, this is the NS edit sooo its not all the footy there will be another one soon, like in May but for now this is the 2 part edit, I think it shows the event really well, and captures the vibe, I like the way it turned out.

Thanks for eveyone coming and saying HI, and I hope you enjoy your Hats!, I hope to see you all out competing next season, and hopefully progressing, Once I heard Pinewskis rail jam wasn't happening i've decided to try to expand the Deject Dirty Rail Jam into the Midwest, and im looking for a Resort Sponsor, and City Location or Shop Parking lot to get this done at, any help would be great! I would love to have it in Milwaukee or Madison. Hopefully we can get something like Boardfest in Milwaukee cept for skiers.

yo fuck tripods why should i spend time making it look all professional when it in no ways shows the vibe of the comp, plus why cant filmers have the fun too, all i need to do is whip it out of the bag, and shoot some shit. Seriously some of you kids need to chill your not fucking selling movies, but whatever man, your crew can keep sucking bermans dick all you want
 
after watching it what the hell was wrong with his edit? shaky just a lil bit but big deal it was fun.
 
exactly, people need to chill out in general, its a spring comp, who wants so see an artsy, perfectly shot edit, it would just be boring. Why can't people think away from all that, honestly, the edits i like on tripid and some of the best have been Horners with the Crane, (fucking epic invetment dude), it looks good and his filming is good, so if he wants to talk shit on me, ill respect it.

Just keep editing to Swollen Members and doing exaclty what the NS kids want, fuck creativity right. Freeskiing is so uniform these days, and Spring Jam was a prefect break from it

i say we do it in milwaukee. shut down a street and do it like boardfest. there are some ski shops downtown arent there?

if not i can always call up alpine or something.

im just gona clear this up for you guys real quick before it gets out of hand. First off, Bp, i love the edit, filming and editing was great, your not getting hate from a-crew, only nate. Secondly, its the idea that everything is played that is ruining i guess your view of skiing media. If your going to say swollen members is played, i have the same right to say fisheyes, follow cams, and brother ali is played. But i wont get into this much more, and you wont have to worry next year because the media part of a-crew (me and aaron) are moving out to denver.

again, great edit, i wouldnt change a thing.

its his decision i guess, i dont really mind though, seeing as a-crew will be allll his next year.

oh, and i would have much rather gone to the spring jam than florida this weekend, looked like a shit load of fun, DOH!
 
oh shit, in all the hussle and bussle, i forgot to offer up my rails and boxes for the rail jam if you have it, if its within range that is.
 
sick edit bp, it was fun as hell filmin next to ya and shootin shit with ya all day, especially seeing as we almost got killed by a ski, so much fun, and going there to hike was a great idea today it was still pretty fast and the jump was pretty nice (too bad they took down all the rails for the first time in three years) but simon and i got kicked out by some crack head after two hits, but at least i got my little bit of skiing in, BP your the shit keep it up kid
 
alright, i guess this was taken quite wrongly. i complimented your edit and gave criticism, as did TSEFFYER (i even quoted it). this is what happens in the real world, i'm not trying to "hate" on anyone or any event, or any "style" of movie making, it was one comment that i though i'd share and i'm incredably surprised to read what it caused people to say about a-crew, and more specifically aaron (a_crew). he hasn't gotten his shit "handed" to him.. he's actually handed his ass over to the bank for the next five years to pursue his career and afford his gear.

joe, thank you for trying to clear things up and then targeting me even more, it's really great you'd do that to make more online friends.

the way i feel about videos on newschoolers is just this....if you cant take crap from people saying shit about your edits, dont bother putting them on, i have had so many people say shit about mine, you just cant let it get to you...

I thought the edit was sweet, I wish I could have been there.

Now, a good compromise for a Tripod is a mono pod. You still get that hand held look, but you loose the shakiness. And they are fairly cheap. Everyone should have one of these. Small, portable, and easy to haul around the hill. You can also use it to whack the shit out of people if you get any shit.

So I'm confused, can people not like your edit... would they be 'hatin' if they didn't like it? Seems like you need to chill Bp. Personally I thought there was alot of good stuff in the edit, the second part was good. What's up with the two parts anyway?

noone ever said the video sucks so i dont know why everyone is freaking out, it was just mentioned that in some peoples OPINION that a tripod could have made it better, it was just a OPINION, take it or leave it, no more bitching please

Ya I've been part of few Summer Comps in Boston for the past couple of years and haven't srt up one in the Midwest cuz well honestly with Pinewskis there was no demand, and Tyrol used to have the June Thing, but this year it looks like we are out of options so I'm trying to hook it up!
