Burton and dakine both make a bunch that are pretty good quality.

mine dont have removable liners, and they make gloves specifically for spring. i have old liners but those suck.

my serius or however it's spelt are nice. they have the little zip thing on the top so u can put a hand warmer in there when it's cold, or zip them open when it's hot.

I have a pair of super hot mitts that I wear all the time. When its spring i just take them off until I get to the park.
