Spring Break Plans

Well my parents are starting to already plan for our annual ski trip for spring break. They suggested we go to Whistler, but i've heard that it gets pretty slushy up there in March. Is this true?

If it is what other mountains are great for out west? My parents like a mountain with a great village, Good terrain parks, and of course steep and awesome terrain. Ive already been to Beaver Creek, Copper, Vail, Keystone, and Breck.

I was thinking for other suggestions, to head back to Keystone or maybe Telluride.

What are your guy's experiences and opinions?

I also forgot to add, my parents won't be skiing this year, they will be bumming it up at the village shopping somewhere, this is mainly for me and my two brothers.

well i know some ppl who went to telluride right before easter last year which was like April 5th or something and they said it was pretty slushy, but i'm not sure if thats wut happens every year

whistler CAN be slushy in march but keep in mind like most places in the west u can have powder days in even like may soooo march the chances r on ur side for really good conditions. Whistler can be tricky tho since its so close to the ocean and its reltivly low worst case ti will be blizzard top rain at bottom BUT most of the time ur skiing the top half anyway...

i went to whistler for last spring break in april and everything was sick, i would go there if i were you.

Well were more into the skiing, the village just has to be decent enough to occupy my parents and their friends for the week while me and the boys go tackle the hills.

So more into the skiing.

i wen to red, whitewater, and furney in erly april and it was awsome. it rained 1 day but other than that the skiing was craazy
