Spray painting helmet

anyone know what paint to use for a helmet and how to do it?

Scuff it up with some sand paper first. The paint will stick better.

im guessing that bc my hifi has the orange outer clothlike covering, i coulnt spray paint mine?

You can if you cut the fabric off, it's not glued on, just cut into it and take it off.
