Spotted Dick??

Question for you brits across the pond. I work at my colleges dining hall and one of the cooks tonight was telling everyone how heinz has a pudding that they sell in england called spotted dick. Is this true?? And does anyone actually buy it??

dick is like english short for uhh...richard I think

they had one called boiled baby too at one point. The British are fucked.
 
it looks incredibly nasty but its apparently awesomely tasty, I took one look at it and decided that it looked like a penis
