my guess is that they do not have a dedicated team or even a single lawyer dedicated to just NS. probably a legal team for the parent company that over sees all their brands. might just have counsel on retainer and used as needed. or a combo of sorts

my work has a resort legal team of the risk and safety manager (me) resort lawyer (my boss) and a paralegal (the executive admin happened to also be a paralegal). we have the corporate legal team that focuses on real estate, branding and copy right, acquisitions, etc. we have a firm on retainer for odds and ends like labor laws and sometimes we will involve outside counsel if there is a critical claim that is high dollar. probably some sort of similar structure for arena media brands though likely less involved as the exposure of being primarily internet brands is pretty low.

it for sure has and it was referenced as someone who stormed the capitol but i thought it was just a joke. i had no idea one one you fucks was actual there and on the fuckin FBI most wanted website. i totally disagree with everything that happened that day from the lives lost to the mockery of out political system but im low key impressed.

Umm it’s different, it’s a brim but I don’t ski the east I ski Breckenridge so I am clearly innocent
