Has anyone else watched this show on the Discovery Channel or wherever else you might find it?

I watched it for the first time yesterday, and it's actually a super interesting show. They called up Rampage Jackson and got him to punch a punching bag covered in sensors, and they calculated his punching power to be 1800 pounds of force. They also did super intense sumo, rugby and football hits.

Cliffnotes: watch this show. It's good.

I like watching it. My favorite one was were they were doing low blows and that guy got shot in the nuts with a tennis ball. And they calculated that if a heavy weight boxer gave you a low blow, its like dropping two bowling balls on your nuts from 2 stories up or something like that.

yeah they had one where from 60'6'' what curves more a baseball or a soccerball. i think the baseball curved like 5 or 6 inches and the soccerball curved like 54 inches. it was really cool to watch. they also put to the test of the myth of if you have sex the night before gameday i will ruin the performance of your game. i forget how it ended but it is cool to see some of the stuff they do on that show.

haha i saw both shows

-the myth was true, you do perform better after a night of sex- increases heart rate and shit like that

cliffnotes- sex is good!

the rugby vs. football hits were a fucking joke/ biased. They got one of the best hitters/tacklers in the NFL, and compared him to some half-ass player from "best rugby team in Southern Cal." Get the best tackler from the All Blacks, then lets see who hits harder.

Same with the rampage power bomb. The dummy's head hit the ground before the rest of his body so it absorbed the whole thing. If you were getting slammed like that a human would try and tuck their chin to their chest so that doesnt happen.

theres no way rampage hits the hardest in the world. theres definetly some boxers out there that could hit harder. one would be mike tyson and vitali klitschko

too bad its fake.... i saw one with the guy who made the basket while falling out of bounds and if you look at the basket in his "re-enactment" you can see where they like photoshopped it but with film so i don't know what its called but you can see a box around the basket

I wanna see a skier or snowboarder on it and test peripheral vision for spotting landings and how much force to huck a spin.

hells yeah, someone from the All Blacks, maybe even someone old school like Olo Brown. or France's Chaval. Chaval is a fucking beast.

whenever you are bored just turn on the discovery channel for sure

most shows on that channel are interesting
