"Sponsor Me" Editing Help

I'm going to be brutally honest with you here man. You aren't anywhere near being sponsored by sending in a video like that yet. Now don't let that discourage you- just keep skiing and having fun progressing and the sponsor stuff will come if you are determined enough. Don't try to "get down" a trick so you can say you can do it; only learn new tricks because it is genuinely fun to you.

Although if you consider getting discounts at your local shop to be a sponsorship, then sure! Go talk to a shop owner and tell him your skiing goals and maybe they'll hook you up.
 
Sorry dude you are not nearly good enough. Hate to be that brutal though.

Some things you could work on:

What makes you a unique skier? You can go out to any park and find kids just like you; what sets you apart...

IDK just be creative and unique

 
the video had its (extreme) ups and downs.

+ actually some really good shots in there

- if twixtor warps...AT ALL...trash the piece. it looks like garbage otherwise.

- go easy on the post. that purple-ish vignette was hella gay.

- try not to cut too abruptly to the music (changing focal pts, time of day, etc all make it more sudden')

broadcast your attitude too
 
this plus the kid is not gonna get sponsored. maybe shoot for a local shop sponsorship
 
Its not all about getting sponsered either. I thought it was a few years back, but the most fun part of skiing is being out there with your bros, going big, crashing, doing stupid stuff, gaper days etc. Any non compettition skiing should just be chill and good fun
