ICELANTIC MAKE SICK SHIT my best friend Cory Zila is on the team and he oves there skis.... there making bigger ones for next year there skis are fukin off tap

143 is way to small for me lol thats all i kno im thinin 161-166 depends how high they go on me

wait, you want to get sponsored but dont even know what size skis you should have?? sounds like an oxy-moron to me..

first off all kid

go ski for fun, fuck getting sponsixcxcered

the only way you will get good enough to get sponzickgored is to just go out and ski for yourself, not caring and just having fun

plus it sounds like you have never even skied icelandic so why would you want to be sponsizeredged by a company that you dont even know if you like their products or what they are about

last

go ski for fun cause if your just skiing to get sponsizerfewed you may as well quit cause your ruining the sport

SKI FOR YOURSELF

dude man up and get some ski length

if you are good enough to be sponsered then you should know how to actually ski and should atleast be on some 170's but i would go a little longer if i were you

word. you get sponsored by accident. you skills should be at the level that people talk about you, and eventually the reps hear about it, and you get free shit. and judging by your lack of knowledge on common things like ski length, im almost certain you have no business even talking about sponsorships. go out and have fun.

you cant ski switch and wanna get spizonsored?? unless you can do crazy shit on rails and spin both ways with amazing style i would say give it a few years

hahaha, funny, you should know this if you trying to get sponsored but anyways you should get 170's

dude, your never gonna get a sponsor if you cant do tricks. but if you somehow do, just tell them your freaking ski size and WHAMMO! new skis. at least thats how it was for surface, dont know bout other companies

I disagree. Getting sponsors is totally rad! I don't mean it as in "oh yeah, free shit" but it is cool to be a part of a team and rep a certain group of people in the industry.

If you go further up the rankings on the team, you get to participate in events and meet all sorts of people, which helps you progress greatly.

Not "fuck sponsixcxcered", more like praise it; although I do see what you are getting at. Nobody should only ski for recognition or for sponsorship, but being sponsored most definately is a great thing.

if you are such a newb that you dont know what skilength you need you probably wont get spankered. usually more exeranced peopl get hooked up.

COry is the next Seth..... and he can do cab 9s, and he can 270 on 450 out both ways on a rail, is getting top 10 at world big mountain events, and got 2nd at the 04 us open rail jam, killer now He rides for Icelantic wait till you see his shit next year ..

first of all get a ski that is up to your eyes. second of all dont make getting spanced such a big deal. just go out and progress everyday and eventually you will be worthy enough to get free shit. but for now i wouldnt worry about it

i kind of agree and disagree with you, because

1)skiing is a really fun sport, kids should not only be thinking on getting sponsored, but they should be looking at how fun it is, and all the aspect est of skiing. because in the days when i used to only think about getting sponsored, i always got so pissed when i heard about some kid younger then me getting sponsored, or doing better tricks, something like that. kids should just have fun skiing, not worry about other things in the sport.

2) many kids are not good enough to get sponsored, i mean sure they should try to get better, and set goals, and once they are good they should think about getting sponsored, but not if they are not good.

3)i do agree with the sponsored thing is totaly rad, and its fun and all.

I totally agree with you

i just dont think people should ski TO get sponsored

they should ski TO have fun

but i mean if a company wants to sponsor me no way am i gonna turn it down, but im not going to ski just to get sponsored

Everyone should probably stop replying...

this guy is obviously an alias

noone is going to not know what size skis they want if they are good enough to even think they are going to get sponsoerereeddd.

I ski because I love it.

I am to get better because...

Getting good = sponsorship

I want a sponsorship because...

sponsorship = more skiing and a job

I want to have the freedom to ski whenever I want.

I would rather just ski than ski and have a seperate job.

icelantic came up to my the first run ever at a ski hill on boot blades and sapcnaeocnsoersided me .. so it pretty easy dude.
