Splice inside lens problem.

Hello NS,

Well its a long story and i will cut to the chase, i rubbed the inside of the lenses (prolly hard) and now its really blurry, i tried to clean it with the microfiber bag when i got home and still nothing... Any solutions?

same thing happened to me. I believe the inside of the lense has a thin coating on it and when it becomes wet, damp, or foggy rubbing the inside lense is the last thing you want to do. You should always dab it or wait for it to dry. I think the lense is permanently fucked now just like mine.
 
yeppa, thats whats up, the coating is an anti fog coat and when its wet dont touch it for shit.

maybe try taking it all away now so its not blurry.. if the blur is really such a bitch.. do at your own risk.
 
When you si with them, make sure the whole goggle is touching your skin instead of hats, facemasks, etc.
 
You are screwed. Did this to crowbars once and fucked up my lens just like you... Basically, there is thin layer of anti-fog coating on the inside of the lens. If you want to clean the inside, wait until the lens is completely dry, then use microfiber cloth and wipe it. If you try to clean them while they are wet, you will damage the anti-fog coating and make a permanent smudge. As far as I know, there is no way to fix this... only option is to by a new lens if it really affects your vision. Sorry pal.
